10-day Standard British Accent

I really enjoyed the 10-day Standard British Accent course and it’s helped me a lot to improve my accent. Being from The Netherlands, I was brought up on American movies, as well as Harry Potter, I watched people with all kinds of accents on the Eurovision Song Contest and sang along to my favourite musical theatre record (Les Misérables) the way the way the Cockney sounding Gavroche did it. So eventually, as an adult, I ended up with a bit of a messy accent, something I thought a director wouldn’t want to work with. This was a huge insecurity of mine, but I feel a lot more confident after Sarah’s great feedback and the possibilities she’s offered me to improve. I’m very thankful!
